Dream Catcher Buckets and Harnesses

Post by Ocean Bounty » Tue Oct 13, 2015 5:28 pm

Hi Guys
First of all, thank-you to all the fisherman who have supported me over the past 10 years :D I have made custom buckets and harnesses for some of your kids and custom harnesses for those of you with bad backs. I have made different colour combinations including printing nicknames and boat names onto buckets and harnesses.
It really saddens me to write this as some rocket scientist has decided once again to copy my bucket and harness. I have had an encounter with this particular character before pulling the same stunt just before the start of the tuna season. Some of you may have already bought his product that is advertised on gumtree and facebook, please be reminded that this is not an original Dream Catcher Bucket or Harness but rather a copy of my product.
By supporting this character we are only encouraging this kind of behaviour were hard work and ingenuity is simply stolen and we are left with substandard products. I have warned him of legal action before as there is a patent pending on my product along with a new law which prohibits "imprinting" which is exactly what he has done. I have already taken legal advise and have no choice but to use whatever legal processes are available to me.
Cheers
Mike

Fishing is much more than fish. It is so that we may return to the simplicity of our forefathers.
