Dave, our system operator, at Ski-boat Mobile, is away until the 22nd august, and I see the live stream, has gone down. I have left a message with Dave. I hope his power has not gone off, and his deep freeze defrosts!! :x

I have a Uniden 1010 that needs some TLC.....a good clean / service , check if the mic works properly and that the unit transmit at full power. Can anyone recommend a reliable tecnician that's not going to rip my wallet apart? A service charge at Imtech is halfway to a new radio price.

Thanks Dave and Skiboat Mobile for your assistance in logging Sea Star in and out and your help on Sunday - the Yellowfin kept us busy a little longer than expected and the wife and friends that went along , wife's were a bit worried when we stayed out a little longer than we said we would -and they eventually called GB Harbor (at least they still care or so it seems hehe) - Thanks for relaying messages from Sea Star across the bay - Please inbox a delivery address - would just like to send a little something to say Thanks !!! Great to have someone on standby and to monitor when we do run into the deep!!!

Well, things have come along, since my last posting here, and i thank all the company's, clubs, and individuals whom have donated towards the upkeep of ski-boat mobile.
We now have a face book page, called ski-boat mobile, which I update, as the info comes in. We stick weather info, and general info on it, as well as " as it happens" info.
Dave will be operating SBM. Till I get back in January, to help him. We are now on kavicom 2620 559, (we will be getting a new number soon ), also you can phone us, sms us, whatsapp us. A new general whatsapp site is been sorted out today, and should be operational soon.
You can even book in/ out via face book, if you so wish.
Dave : 0824510382.
Thx

Dave Melly will be 'out of town', this coming weekend from the 4 to the 6th December.
So ski boat mobile will not be on the air. Take care out there.
