Thank you for the kind words guys.
BFC good to meet you at the harbour and thank you for the help.
Miles if I was not on the boat with you on Wednesday I would not have held on to that fish. I saw how tight you have the drag when you troll your plastics and I am sure this is what set the hook so well on the fish.... ;)

weereens baie geluk .

We looked for those yellowfins today at 10 miles got 1, lost another and had a similar size black come into the spread and check out our squids and Konas but he wasn't lit up and lost interest after 30 secs. That fish was in the slightly green water close to the Skippies.

Congrats Berkely.
I fished the transkei this weekend and found the baby yellowfin, dorado and wahoo around a floating rope. played with them for 1.5 hrs before heading for home. We had gone to target marlin specifically. After putting out 2 konas for the run in i was getting the 3rd rod when a pulsator tube screamed off. my drother landed the 132.5kg blue after 3 hrs. Unfortunately hooked int he eye and ripped through the socket and through its right gill plate so we boated it. Its our boats and families 2nd blue in 3 weeks. Nice to target them and get the plan to work. Tackle was onld Purglas BG 50 shimano tyrinos 50 2 speed with 50lb line. no harness or chair.
