How do you keep mudprawn alive to use the next day?

Hi Derick, put your prawns in a beer box or flat container and cover with wet sea grass and place in the bottom of the fridge. Throw out any dead ones otherwise they will contaminate the others and kill them. Check them every hour or so. Remember to keep them damp.
