Advice on a suitable fishing boat

Hi guys, I absolutely love heading to the Breede to fish. I usually travel to infanta and use the public launch. I have been using a 4.4m infanta duck with a tilller 40hp autolube yamaha. It is basic but sufficient so far. I would like to change to a fibreglass boat but still keep things relatively simple. I have a limited budget of R35k max. Knowing how quickly the wind can get up and the chop set in I need advise on what type of boat to look for.
I mostly fish alone so it needs to be easy to launch and retrieve on my own. I like the idea of a centre console so there is space to move around.
In my desperation I have been looking at cabin boats although I fear the cabin just takes up space- although they seem more affordable.
I would love to find an ensign dinghy (not cabin) but they seem like hen's teeth.
Any advise or even leads would be much appreciated.

My personal opinion... Cabin boats are unsuited to fishing. Get yourself a 14-15' monohull center console along the lines of the Pelin of ski vee hull... Safe, light and easy to launch.
